What are your hours?

Our office hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM Saturday and Sunday, and you can reach us by phone 24/7.

Who do you work for?

We are an independently owned and operated home infusion pharmacy, and we work for you.

Who is Arizona Home Care?

Arizona Home Care is our sister company – owned and operated by the same team. We work hand in hand out of the same office to provide complete care to all of our patients.

How will I get my medicine?

Our pharmacy will contact you to set up your initial delivery, as well as all refills. Then, our driver will bring your medicine right to your door.

Will a nurse administer my medicine?

Your nurse will come out to give you and any other family or friends instruction on how to do the infusion in your home. They will show you the steps involved in the process assuring you’re comfortable to perform the infusion. The nurse will then return at for your lab draws and line dressing changes.

How much will I owe?

How much you will owe depends on a lot of different variables. The best way to answer that question is for you to call into our pharmacy so we can do a full benefits investigation.

Will you submit Prior Authorizations?

Yes – we will submit and manage prior authorizations on behalf of our patients and physicians.

I don’t see my insurance listed are you able to take it?

If you don’t see your insurance listed, please give us a call and we will see if we are able to help you. New insurance plans are always being added.

Do you provide services to patients without insurance?

Yes we do. We provide competitive private pay rates and payment plans, and we also work with third parties such as hospitals and drug manufacturers to assist with patient coverage

What are your quote sheets?

Our quote sheets provide an estimate of what a patient will owe for their services as ordered based on our benefits investigation.
